If it's truly an '85 XR200R, vs. an XL200R, it was designed for a different engine, you might want to reconsider how you mounted it in terms of spacers, etc., unless everything is lining up (for carb fitment and do on). The '84-85 were designed to use a 4-valve RFVC motor.

You could get a PZ30B carb, and as for the harness, it depends on how much is still/already there. If you've got complete switchgear/portions of the harness, it might make more sense to get a used Honda harness and replace and adapt to the motor.

You could get a Chinese generic dirtbike harness, but there's no guarantee that the generic switchgear would directly fit up to it, so basically no matter what, some level of adaptation will be necessary.
