Smile X-pro titan 250 sprockets and chain

I have the xpro titan 250. It took forever to find the wrong thing and then have JerryHawk250 find it in 2 minutes.

DO NOT GET IT YET. I WILL UPDATE IT WHEN I FIGURE OUT IF IT ACCUALLY IS RIGHT.

This is the front sprocket. The titan comes with a 13 tooth sprocket, but amazon didn't have that so I did a 12 tooth front and a 40 tooth rear for the correct gear ratio. If you want more power and want to do easier wheelies, but a smaller top speed, you can change the front sprocket to a 11 tooth sprocket. Or if you want less power but a higher top speed you can use a 13 tooth sprocket.

This is the rear sprocket. You can adjust the number of teeth by one up or down to find a cheaper price. The bike comes stock with 44 teeth, but amazon didn't have that so I used a 40 tooth rear and a 12 tooth front for the correct gear ratio.

what chain are you using? 428 or 520? You have sprockets for two different chains.

I thought they were both 520. Thank you so much for seeing that. That would have been really dissapointing if I got it and it didnt work.

For the 520 chain you will need this for the front https://www.amazon.com/JT-Sprockets-...48&sr=8-1&th=1
This for the rear. https://www.amazon.com/JT-Sprockets-...75&sr=1-1&th=1

Please verify before ordering to make sure the measurements are correct. Manufactures have been known to change specs.

I wonder if that front sprocket fits the Loncin 250?

First make sure the number of teeth matches on each sprocket. 12 and 40. make sure your chain is a 520. The big sprocket might say somthing like 520-44t. That just means 520 chain and it has 44 teeth.

Measure the distance between the holes on the rear sprocket. you can use a ruler with milimeters on it. make sure it is 90mm from the center of one hole to center of the other hole.

For the front sprocket measure 34mm between the holes center to Center. Then measure the others stuff shown above.

I just measured the heck out of the front sprocket and, in fact, this is the one for the 2018 VITACCI PENTORA 250 ATV (Loncin 166FMM OHC engine) quad that I have. Just confirming, in case someone else need this info.
Thank you guys for posting this.

TORKER.

This is what I've found out. In case you want to cross reference the above mentioned countershaft sprocket, not the rear. Please, this info is from the internet. Verify it before you make any decision.
