Clutch rattle/knock sound by engine

Hello can anyone help me.
I hear a rattle or a slight knocking sound down by my engine, but when i pull in the clutch it stops.

On a new 125cc.

Thanks

Does it stop when you're in gear and moving?

That sounds like the shaft bearing behind the clutch. I've had this issue on other bikes. I don't know how big of a deal it is to repair on your bike though.

Is there a way to confirm if its that?

or maybe its a loose nut? Similar to this

Sure you can confirm it ,take it apart and have a look ,there is honestly no way we can tell you what is going on with no audio of your problem .

A couple things come to mind that will make a knocking sound as you describe but I've only seen it in well used engines. First is wear on the clutch basket where the cork plates contact the basket fingers. Second is worn splines in the clutch assembly where it engages with the transmission input shaft. I've also seen springs disintegrate in the primary drive cush gear which is part of the clutch assembly.

A loose shaft nut that secures the basket can alao cause a rattle like described.

It could also be clutch chatter if the oil level is too low.

Pull the engine side cover. Grab the clutch pack and see if it wiggles. There should be no movement. If the nut is loose, you should see movement there. If you don't, and it moves, it's bearing behind the clutch.

Thank you all for your suggestions. I'll try looking tomorrow. After i do a carb swap and airbox delete. after i get it idling right i'll see if the sound it still there. The sound does seem to go aways after the bike is completely warmed up. And i'm not sure what side of motor the sound is coming from. Seem to come and go.

I'm also hearing a sort of buzzing sound up by gas tank near charcoal egr thing.

here is a few video for sound only. Maybe it helps.
I made them pretty fast without the bike fully warming up. I can make more after i see how carb goes.

Engine only has 20miles
