There's been a version or two since then. We have them in the US.

When they do a comparison test with the Tenere 700 against the KLR and DR650, it will be quite a massacre. I still love the simplicity of the DR650.

There is no comparison. The S10 will win, even offroad.

Most of a bikes capabilities go back to the skill level of the rider. I couldn't be happier with my DR650 for longer rides, and the Hawk around town. Out here in the desert I use the Ural as a grocery getter and commuter. I'm not a fan of the new bikes coming out, al la the Africa Twin and now this one. Too many things to go wrong when you're beating the snot out of it in the middle of nowhere. Then it's a LONG walk back to civilization. I like things as simple as possible.
