That's before a whole raft of federal and state tax rebates which should save buyers at least 10 percent and, in some states like Colorado and Oklahoma, could knock multiple thousands of further dollars off the price.

Apparently, it is liquid cooled... I guess it helps keep the motor a little cooler...

Apparently, the radiator helps to cool the batteries.

No it doesn't :P Not sure where you found that, but it is there to cool the motor.

Doc needs internal combustion. :P

None of this electric stuff for me. The day may come when this catches on and becomes a viable option, maybe even faster with better range and economy that gas, but I don't give a rat's a$$, I'm happily addicted to fossil fuel. 8)

Please note I said apparently. :P I believe it was implied in one of the links you provided that the radiator was intended to cool the batteries. :roll: However, I believe you when you say the radiator is intended to cool the motor; it makes more sense.

Well cooling the batteries makes sense too I think, but on the elmoto.net website is a member called BrammoBrian, he designed the Enertia and I don't know what else he does there, he's one of the main guys... He said it does not cool the batteries, I got that impression from some of the links as well but he said no.

thats a nice looking bike, they should make the fenders out of solar panels so it can some what recharge while riding, or while stopped for gas or to take a break from the ride..

if it had a gas motor and i could afford it id look into buying it, i like that style of bike and that one just looks awsome..

electric cars and bikes have a ways to go before they are really "worth" it..
