I knew that photo reminded me of some scooters available here. Don't know if anyone actually uses them here. TGB used to be the brand, but I guess Pierspeed is the new name for them.

I do like the look of the CT-70 clone better, though. I think a 125cc Pitster Pro CT-70 clone would fit the bill nicely if I ever open my pizza shop....
