I hope you tried to find the jets as singles. you really don't need them in a 4 pack. an assorted kit that includes the size you want might be a good option too.

I am glad to see you read my post carefully and didn't order a 4pk on accident... I was trying to be helpful to provide the part numbers and the links, but it slipped my mind those exact auctions were for the 4 packs... I think that's an awesome idea ordering the assortment packs though as that way you can test different jets if you monitor your spark plug color to see if the bike is running rich, lean or just right.

I ordered the bike Monday but haven't received a shipping confirmation yet. I'm hoping it gets here by next Friday because the following week we're closed for spring break and im having it shipped to the shop.

A 17t front does a lot more than just give you higher top speed, it makes the bike a lot less buzzy even when just tooling around town at 30-50 mph...the best $10 - $15 you can spend on a hawk.

IMO the stock sprockets are geared too low unless you have some tight steep technical trails.

A little more cost and assembly time than a front sprocket, but a rear sprocket could not hurt either. Member 'Wolftrax' reported tremendous improvement with just the front (he changed to a 17), but even more once he changed the rear to a 45 tooth. However, a smaller rear sprocket will necessitate to move the rear wheel back or the need to lose links in the chain.

A little bit of advice...... check out the company you're buying from ( lord knows I wish I had). When ( IF ) I ever get it I'll write down everything that happened so you guys can make your own judgement about them. Needless to say I'm not very happy right now!

" if I need to go fast I,ll jump on the harley"

If i remember right it was at a dirt flat track event somewhere in california, his name was Bobby Knievel, and he was pointing to a brand new factory prepped XR

I bought the standard NGK D8EA (2120) spark plug and they work so you could just run the regular version. As far a cross reference it is the same as the plugs in my 1979 Honda CM400A bobber project for the gf, if you needed to give a bike model to the parts counter to get an iridium version.
