KPX 250 diagnostic plug?

Is this the unused diagnostic plug in the KPX 250 mentioned in the Lifan EFI 9 Euro 4 Manual (The red plug in the center of the image)? Its just dangling by the wire and plan to secure it with a zip tie.

Thanks Jerry. My replacement fork cartridge should be arriving tomorrow, one more thing to learn about/document for this bike.
