Welcome! Thanks for offering to share your diagram. Can you scan the Excel file as a jpeg? That would make it easy to upload to a photo hosting site and then link it back here.

Gio X31 Dirt Bike 19/16 wiring finally finished, enjoy.

Just a few extra things in diagram, like extra grounds but put them in as they do help.

It's not perfect but it gets the job done, it took only about 45 minutes.

The colors might not be the same, follow the wires in your harness, This just gives you an idea how it works mostly for troubleshooting. I am in the process of rebuilding it, using BOSCH connectors.

It's even helpful to understand how the CDI and rectifier are connected, and it's more clear to me now that I can see the AC and DC sides.

What are Bosch connectors? Anything like Molex? I use Molex a lot, and I have three different Molex pin extractors that I use.

Now I get it; they look a lot like GM Weatherpack connectors. That's an excellent idea for off-road stuff.

Do they require a specific crimping tool? Where do you find the connectors?

special crimping tools

you can buy the special tools from the tool guys or alot of people use needle nose pliers to bend the connections over and then use the klein wire crimpers to finish the job.. with a little practice and care .. you can do it..
