More emissions on new Ice Bear Champion?

Ok I just unloaded two new Champions and right off the bat it looks like they have added some emissions devices to it. Looks to be more like the Amigo stuff. Anyone else come across this, or have I just overlooked it before?

if the prices are still the same then 'weight reduction' shouldn't be to much of an issue.
