assembled service?

I notice a lot of the dealer websites (that I suspect are probably all run by the same person/company) offer an assembly/PDI service for another couple of hundred bucks.

Has anyone tried this and if so did it work out or did they forget anything? I'd assume it would still require fluid changes once it arrived anyway.
