mine was about 6 days early. Watch the tracking. I was led to believe my shipment would come into Baltimore but it came through Richmond, Virginia...much closer. The folks in Richmond called to arrange delivery and the truck got to my door within 15 minutes of the projected time. Driver did the unloading to the street. I unboxed there and rode to my driveway, about 20 yards. Easy-Peasy. You will want to have a hammer, box cutter or very sharp knife, and it helps to have a friend. You will have to install the mirrors and the windscreen. Mirrors are a snap. Windscreen is easy except for one nut (lower right side). I finally cut away a bit of the plastic that surrounds the USB port so I can now get to that nut easier.
Here you can see what I cut away. You won't notice the missing plastic until you need to get to that nut.

whenI read my tracking page it didnt make sense. stopped at 2nd stop heading to first. called road runner and she said dont pay attention to that. she told me where the bike actually was. 3 states ahead of where the tracking said it was. call them in a day or so and theyll tell you.
