Oh my...I found a doozie...

http://atlanta.craigslist.org/mcy/1139417186.html

It's a 08 Johnny Pag Spyder for $7500 8O
That's nearly double the MSRP.

Craigslist is a pain for the most part.Way to many nutt cases....around it seems atleast.

ohh we have gotten a FREE electric mobility scooter that my wife and I fixed/cleaned up and put batteries in and gave to my mom and it works fine but other stuff I see on there....WHEW.

If I do a search for 200cc on my CL I'll get a few to come up in a price span of $800 to $1200

On the PHX one people have gotten sick of some of the prices and started calling the sellers out. It has worked a little, But most still want dealer prices on a used private seller bike  I love the ones who show a pic of the bike doing a forty foot jump and than describe it as being in perfect condition

Interesting thread..

My take is Craigslist will always bring out the dreamers and the wacko's because the ads are free and it costs nothing. They lose nothing by floating a price and seeing if anyone bites. It is their right to try to sell something for whatever they can get for it.

I just recently bought my 110cc QUAD for my daughter, and curiously went to CL and found a similar unit someone had been riding for a year which he was selling for $200 more than I paid for mine new. I emailed him and he told me he sold it for that.

Crazy what people will pay but I say, if you can sell it for that, whatever! No-response speaks louder than anything though!
