I saw a darkish Roketa-style enduro in the Metro Park-n-ride parking lot on the corner of I-45 and Bay Area Blvd. Does this beyond to any body here?

I just saw a Blue Lifan at the corner of Barker Cypress and Kingsland BLVD. There was a construction crew near by, so I am guessing it belongs to one of those guys...since they were working on the street at it was parked close to the crew and next to some work trucks...
