Neutral Safety switch not working

Hi
I have a Taotao 150 ATV and the neutral safety switch is not working. Just finished rewiring the ATV with a new harness and everything else works. The Neutral safety switch was working before.

-It starts when in Neutral
-No Neutral light or reverse lights work.
-Tested Neutral and Reverse Switch with Ohm meter. Both appear good.

-4 wires total from both switches and the greens are wired together-Looks factory? So going into the harness is 3 wires(green and then neutral and reverse wires).

Bad switches?
