Does the Vermont registration work for the RPS Magician 250

Hi I recently order and receive my magician
,been a long time lurker in here.

Im in Orlando, Florida because of all this Rona 19 thing the only way to get to register the bike in the DMV is by appointment theres no appointments until next month.
I figure if the Vermont loop hole works why not try it by mail and just wait for that and then finish the registration in florida when everything goes back to normal.

my question is .

is it posible to register the Magician in Vermont even do my bike is only a couple of months old?
