Advice on cleaning up engine wiring?

I would like to clean up the engine a bit rerouting or organizing/hiding wiring as best as I can as you can see looking at a photo of the Ghost. Anybody done any work on covering up wiring?

You can get black flexible tubing at auto parts stores to cover the wiring.
