hmm, if someone could go through this with me and try to take out the wires I will not need, it will make it a lot easier for me to wire it.

Will I use all the wires coming from the switch?

So the Orange wire coming from the switch will wire into the left Orange Blinker wire.

The green wire coming from the back left blinker, that just wires into any ground wire I have on the bike, either front or back?

The White wire coming from the plug is called "White generator charging output, near light headlamp" where does this get connected and do I need this wire?

Im going to narrow the wires down so I can write it down to wire them correctly.

Your switch is wired so that the headlight is always illuminated. Therefore, you only have the choices for high beam, and low beam. The little trigger at the front of the switch will flash the high beam to signal oncoming traffic, et cetera.

The 8 wires into the switch have the following functions. However, you need to experiment to determine the wire colors for each function.

Headlight power into the switch
Low beam power to the headlight
High beam power to the headlight
Horn power into the switch
Horn power from the switch to the horn
Turn signal power into the switch
Power from the switch to the left turn signals
Power from the switch to the right turn signals

Your horn is wired as follows. One wire from the switch connects to one of the tabs on the horn. The other tab connects to ground.

Your turn signals are cancelled when you push in on the switch. For all turn signals, the orange/blue wire is connected to power from the switch, the green wire is connected to ground.

Can you show a link where you bought the switch? The vendor frequently shows a wiring diagram at the link.

Your switch will operate similar to the switch in the video shown below.

So the blinkers, 2 wires, 1 Green is connect to the bikes ground wire, and the orange and blues are connect to the switch's orange and blue wire? or to the Black wire on the switch? or the Red?

That will take care of the blinkers wires once we find out whats what..

The Horn has the two metal weird tabs and a screw at the top.
You are saying that, I don't need the little screw thing for anything, just connect the bikes ground wire to one of the 2 metal tabs and one wire (no idea what color) from the switch to the other tab on the horn? Also with those tabs, how do I connect and protect the wires to the horn tabby things.

Some of those switches come with printed instructions. You job would be much easier if you had instructions.

I can guess some of the connections, and we can determine all the connections by testing. However, you are going to need a digital multimeter. You will need to verify all the connections before you can install the switch. If you don't own one, you can purchase an inexpensive, but effective, digital multimeter at Harbor Freight. You can't do much electrical work on a motorcycle without a digital multimeter.

At this moment, I suspect the following connections. However, you need to test these connections for continuity with a meter, since we don't have instructions.

Blue/White: Provides headlight power to switch
Dark Blue: Sends power to high beam of headlight
White: Sends power to low beam of headlight
Grey: Provides turn signal power to switch
Light Blue: Sends power to turn signals on one side of the bike (usually right)
Orange: Sends power to turn signals on the other side of the bike (usually left)
Light Green and Dark Green wires with female spade connectors: Connect to male spade connectors on horn

I suspect the green wire is a ground wire. I suspect the yellow and black wires are employed by the high beam trigger on the front of the switch.

I opened up the switch to see where all the wires are leading too.
I have a picture to show you.

The four colors (Blue & White, Yellow, White, Dark Blue)

These wires are connected to the light botton and also the high beam bottom trigger finger.

Looking at the Horn & Blinker area I only see 3 wires. The three colors (Light Blue, Orange, Grey)

So the only color I don't see in there would be the (Black) wire.
The light green and green wire is for the horn.

I'm breaking it down so I can understand this.

I bought this wire from Canadian Tire.

There is 4 different colors.

Right now I have the rear light and headlight Low/High Beam and OFF switch working.

I cant remember if my rear brake light works when I turn the bike on or only when I have the Light Switch in either low or high beam. So I may have to figure out something there.

So with this new Switch I have, is there a OFF switch to shut off the front lights.

What I was going to do is, just use the wires that I got my old switch working and replace it with this new switch, but I'm not to sure on how to control the back left blinker and the front left blinker together, how are the wires hooked up together?
