The meaning of my signature
It's a old saying from Hokkien. A language not much difficulties for me because my mother tongue is a sub-dialect of that family.

That's cool! I've often wondered what your signature means. You're an interesting guy.

An old friend from high school who I still keep in touch with thanks to Facebook is Chinese. I forwarded your signature to him months ago, but forgot that he cannot read Chinese; he only can speak it!

Reads ≠ knows the meaning http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Varieties_of_Chinese. Standard written http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Written_vernacular_Chinese is based on "barbarian" .
In "barbarian" dictionary 厝 [cuò] 1. verb to place; to dispose 2. verb place a coffin in a temporary shelter pending burial There's grammar difference btw 2 "languages" Hokkien: house-side-head-tail home-oneself-man "barbarian" : 鄰 [adjacent] 居 [house] 是 [is] 自家人 [oneself-home-man] --- Classical Chinese http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Classical_Chinese is more "useful" as cross language media than [std written]. It was known by every educated in East Asia (China/ Japan/ Korea/ Vietnam)
