Nice work! This brings back memories. I was a fan of the 2-stroke dual sports early on, but the 4 stroke Honda and Kawasaki dual sports were compelling!

That engine design looks very similar to the ZS OHC clones. OHC 5 speed, like my 172FMM-3.
That wrap under exhaust went away, but was common on all of them beck then, including the 2-strokes.

It sounds nice. Congratulations!

Thanks Thumper, it’s been a labor of love. It’s hard to find the time I want to spend on it, you know the old grindstone job consumes so much time anymore. Come on retirement, 2 years to go
