Doh! Broke my Clutch lever

Went for a ride to my favorite breakfast spot with a riding buddy. When we pulled in the parking area, my buddy asked me how many Smiles I had accumulated on my RX3.After checking the Odometer, I tried to dismount the bike, But since I had not extended the side stand yet, both me and the bike fell down. Oops!

Red faced, me and my buddy lifted the bike up and placed it on the center stand. The crash bars have some minor scratches and the outside length of the clutch lever broke off (where the indention is on the lever). The bike runs fine.

I went to the CSC web site late yesterday evening, and ordered a replacement clutch lever. Today I received notice that CSC has already shipped my order.

It is such a pleasure to have CSC available with all the parts, and ship them so fast.

My bike went down one time and I bent the clutch lever really bad. I had the same fast service from CSC on a new one.

We are indeed fortunate that CSC stocks all the parts.

It's a good idea to keep spare levers on hand. You might also consider installing some wrap-around handguards.

If you don't drop the bike once in a while, you aren't having much fun.

Clutch lever received and installed

Actually the clutch lever arrived yesterday, but today I had time to charge the battery, again, reverse the OCS valve, and install the clutch lever.

I really enjoy working on the RX3, especially with all the useful information available on this forum.
