i saw this bike parked in my city newark nj first time to see one up close look good this bike i like a lot

What plate is it? From a now very, very long thread on mychinamoto.com about the old (and updated) DF bobber, at the very beginning one, or two people could not register them in NJ. DF has since upgraded the bikes in 2012 so they might be NJ legal now?
