BD125-2 "Boomcat"
These popped up on Saferwholesale within the last few months in the California approved section.
There is Fairly any plastics on it, and it has a different engine design compared to the Taotao Hellcat. finally a street bike that isn't a grom clone in CA  Heres the link to the bike http://www.saferwholesale.com/125cc-...dt-bd125-2.htm It rides slightly higher than the other 125 and has a more throaty sounding exhaust.
