4.00-19

Might be a little plump for a RX3, but should be a good choice for a RX4 that does pavement and dirt. Probably not aggressive enough for really sloppy mud.

Also come in 3.50-19, which is 90/100-19.

I had a 4.00-18 on my Zong 200 was fine.
I think 4.00 is about 110/80ish-19 which is what I will run on my bike, plump maybe not really IMO
3.50 maybe a bit thin? seeing 100/90-18 is stock which is almost as fat as 4.00?

You are correct, 110 is about 4.33. 4.00 is 101.6, actually. Not a big deal as any side wall width can be changed with a bit of variance in rim width, load, air pressure, and/or forces riding, such as braking and cornering. Also, some brands measure casing size and don't add for gnarly knobbies poking out every which way, so their aggressive dirt tires are significantly bigger than street tires marked the same size. 100 is about 3.95. 3.50 is 88.9.

Usually, tire sizes expressed in inches, such as 4.00-19, are a 100% cross section, which allows almost a full inch taller tire than a 90. Expect a 5.10-17 to be about the same height as a 130/100-17, and about 3.5 inches higher than a 130/70-17.

I might give this tire a twirl on Roxy.
