I’m NOT looking to put a 2020 seat on a 2021 !!!
I’m trying to find a aftermarket seat kit ( FOAM AND COVER) to fit a 2021 seat pan !!!!.
I know there’s a KTM seat kit that fits the 2020 seat pan and I was hoping it would fit the 2021 seat pan.
Can someone give me the measurements for a 2021 seat pan, then maybe I can find a seat kit to fit it.

If you can't find the measurements, maybe you could take your seat to a KTM dealership & ask if it looks like any of their models. You also might try contacting Seat Concepts and ask if they know or can help you figure it out.

I tried looking at the KTM parts diagrams on Rockymtnatv.com to see if they showed the seat pan separately but unfortunately, they don't.

I haven’t ordered the bike yet,I’m wanting to figure out this seat issue before I order the bike

Give me a day or two. I'll yank the seat off of mine and take some pictures and measurements for you. The 2021 seat is different from the previous years as I have mentioned before. With some numbers maybe you can figure out what you're looking for.

(If you figure out what the hell it might be cross compatible with I'd love to know, too.)

Another idea, you could post the seat pics on a KTM/Husky forum and ask they can tell.

The folks on ADVrider seem helpful. KTMtalk would likely just get China haters. Thumpertalk might be worth a try.

I like the idea of taking the seat to a KTM dealer and matching it up..

2021 RXB250L Seat Info

Took my machinist's approximator out and measured this the best I could.

Underside of Seat
Mounting Ears
Mounting Hook
Tank Attachment Keyhole

A Overall Length 28.25 in / 717.5 mm
B Width at Nose 5.125 in / 130.175 mm
C Width at Midsection 5.75 in / 171.45 mm
(Widest Point)
D Width at Tail 5.375 in / 16.525 mm
E Rear to Center of Mounting Ears 5.3125 in / 135 mm
F Diameter of Mounting Holes 0.354 in / 9 mm
G Underside of Pan to Center of Mount Holes 1.338 in / 34 mm
H Width Between Mounting Ears 3.8125 in / 96.8 mm
I Seat Hook Width 1.165 in / 29.6 mm
J Seat Hook Depth 0.984 in / 25 mm
L Keyhole Max. Diameter 0.775 in / 19.7 mm
M Front to Center of Keyhole 3.118 in / 79.2 mm
(In mounted position)
Post spacing front to rear:
Front 4.8125 in / 122.23 mm
Mid 12.625 in / 320.675 mm
Rear 20.25 in / 514.35 mm
Post widths front to rear:
Front 6378 in / 67 mm
Mid 4.114 in / 104.5 mm
Rear 3.475 in / 88.3 mm

The seat is 100% symmetrical along its length. I can't spot anything that is offset left or right. I did not remove the upholstery for this so overall measurements also include the thickness of the foam if it overhangs the edges at all. Yes, I am aware I am missing one of the rubber bumpers on the posts on the bottom. It turned up without. I'll rip one of the others off, measure it, print one out of TPU, and provide the .stl file for that later.

The seat mounts at the rear via two ears with a bolt through on either side, which optionally also hold on the cargo rack if you have it installed. On the front end it attaches via a hook through a metal croquet hoop welded to the frame as well as a keyhole mount that slides over a screw head on the tank.

I feel like a complete moron. I missed the "new" part of the original post. Any information I have is on the "old" style RXB ('20 and earlier).

It may amuse you guys to learn that I solved my seat woes (more or less) by just making myself a custom padded seat cover.

"Just," I say.

I made it out of one of those closed cell foam stadium seat pads, cut up a little bit, with some high denier polyurethane backed waterproof fabric I had lying around for some reason.

The overall result is a little short because I only had one spare pad to cut up and not a lot of fabric to work with, but it was one of those let's-knock-this-out-in-an-afternoon sort of things. And if I did it again I might get two pads and make the ensemble a little longer. It just wraps around under the seat and I sewed a bunch of velcro to it so it stays put. Be advised if you do this you have to cut and seam off a bunch of scallops and dips and dodges in the underside to get around all the crap sticking out from the bottom of the seat pan.

Here it is.

It completely covers the part of the seat I'm actually on when I'm sitting, i.e. traveling for long periods. It's almost nice not having the front section of the seat covered since it adds even more to the saddle height of an already tall bike, so if I really need to get some feet down I can slide forward onto the thinner part of the seat and it's not so tall. Just watch the nuts.

Bought a 2011-2016 KTM exc cover and foam kit from seat concepts, after a bit of foam trimming it fits good and 100% better than stock.
I can’t figure out how to put pics on here.
