also...the boys over at www.lifan-moto.com have a forum in which serious progress is being made at adapting a small turbo to the carbs on these little lifan motors. now you knw as well as I that a cool turbo guage and a few added HP would just be the thing to brighten the winter mood. I think they will have a oporable prototype soon.
they plan to sell them.

I think a turbo on these engines may possibly add hp, but might also shorten the lifespan. If you really want the hp, just add cc's. It is cheaper and more reliable in the long run.

i doubt i would add it but its a neat idea really, a dual sport with turbo

My Bike is like Christine she heals herself.

Okay so the gremlins came in the middle of the night and fixed the bike. I started it up, let it warm up and then closed the choke. It ran perfect. (after a slight idle adjustment) Got on and drove it and the throttle issue seems to have fixed itself. Maybe it was just sticking or something. Bike actually runs better today than it did yesterday i put about 40 km on today..24.8 miles. i found out that km x .62 = miles.
