Congratulations, you might want to start writing the book about how you did it. I know there are a lot of people that have tried and failed to get there hawks street legal in PA.

6 weeks later the unicorn vanished with official PA department of motor vehicles letter. ( dear mr. Xxxx, your registration was issued in error bla blabla....)
Hopefully its recognized officially now.
