You might consider installing a Baja Designs headlight, DR. They are relatively inexpensive, good looking, and illuminate the highway very well. Also, replacement parts are inexpensive, and readily available. The BD headlight uses H4 bulbs, which are readily available at Wal-Mart, or any auto parts store. I installed a Baja Designs headlight on my XR650L, and I like it a lot.

You might enjoy reading the following review of the BD headlight.

You can also convert your Lifan headlight to a brighter, more easily obtained, H4 bulb. I did this conversion with my Zong.

Forum member BillR converted his hondoid headlight to an H4 bulb.

Also. Added these fog lights last night as a temporary fix.

It's not difficult to convert the stock headlight to an H4 bulb; read the links I provided in my previous thread. Also, the Baja Designs headlight is good looking, inexpensive, and very easy to install.

1200-1500rpm. Most likely needing some carb adjustments. Recommend adjusting the c-clip to the second notch from the pointed end.

I found older skidoo headlights bulbs fit. I had the same bike. Ordered from dennis kirk. Recommend going H4 or to the Baja Designs. polisport aftermarket headlight setup.
