I'm sorry to hear about you bad clutch, MM. :? Yes, the TW200 clutch parts will fit your Zong/X-Ranger.

Some Krylon Fusion, spray paint will allow you to choose any color you like for your new fender.

I suggest you get a new, Teikei MV28 carburetor from Zongshen America. The Teikei MV28 on your Zong is virtually identical to the Teikei MV28 carb on the currently manufactured, Yamaha TW200. You can use your current carb for spare parts for the new Teikei carb. Also, you will have excellent support for the Teikei MV28 carb both here, and on the TW200 forum. In addition, you won't need to mess around trying to fit a new intake boot on the engine if you stick with the Teikei MV28 carburetor.

I agree. I think the Teikei is a superior carb.

before you give up have you tried adjusting the mixture screw to 1-1/4 turns out and then set the idle . then bump mixture screw up if nessacary. im sure your more thn capable of your carb adjustments i just know with me personally if i have a problem i can get tunnel vision and forget to start back at the beginning. please disregard bad spelling and some times bad advice.

p.s. i love your handle bars.

well after taken a breather from the bike an i think i might have found my issue with my carb i dont know if it is the problem but it might be..... but after reading some tw200 forums i notice that the pic of the carb was showing there is a rubber seal and washer with the mixture screw an mine didn't have ether one so i went ahead and pick up a set and put them in so ill give it a shot tomorrow and see how it runs and give your guys an update on the bike if i work on it id like to start chopping the frame and getting the seat fitted but its suppose to rain tomorrow so i might not get very far.
