Can't get registered in Fla.

Just got back from D.O.T. was told that MSo looked like copy,so they won't title my bike. I bouhgt it used, tried to track down dealer on it in Ohio with no luck,so I either ride illegal, ride off road, sell w/ bile of sale or part out. bike is a 150cc enduro 2005 w/ 90 miles! I'm glad I only paid a few hundrend for it.Guy I bought it from is useless also for info.

Can you get a bonded title? In Arizona, there are places that will get you a bonded title, which guarantees to the state of AZ that no one can claim ownership to the vehicle (besides you). That is why they won't take a copy--so if your state allows for bonded titles, you can go that route.

There are blank MSO's on ebay and I know for a fact people have used them to get bikes Just like yours titled and then Licensed.

Its a sketchy situation but in a sense you are giving the state the info they need for you to apply for a title and will be paying taxes and fee's for it.

My opinion is that you should get your money back from the seller. He sold you a bike and led you to believe you were getting a genuine MSO. I think this guy didn't get the real MSO from the dealer for whatever reason, and he is now trying to pass the problem on to you. Title fraud, as I understand, is a felony of grand theft or laws that forbid the submission of false documents. He should give you your money back. You shouldn't have to go thru all that hassle with bond title. That is my opinion.
