If the first wiring experiment I detailed in post #73 doesn't work, try this configuration.

Connect the light green wire to the positive terminal of a power source, which can be a motorcycle battery, or even a 9V dry cell. Connect the black wire to one of the spade connectors on the horn. Finally, connect the other spade connector of the horn to the negative terminal of the power source. Then press the horn button, and see if it the horn works.

Ok the #73 does not work.
What do you mean the BLACK wire,
I understand the light green wire will go to the BLACK WIRE on battery Positive.

Then you say Connect the Black wire to the spade connector, is this the same wire that the light green wire is on or a different black wire?

Then the other spade of the horn to the Negative Terminal, Red Wire. But what about the Green Wire, that the harness came with. That green wire is not even in the SWITCH at all, its with the Light Green Wire.

This is the Horn I got.

Okay; let's try the wiring experiment in post #76.

As shown in the photograph below, your wiring harness has a black wire, as well as a light green wire.



Connect the black wire of your wiring harness to the positive terminal of a power source, which can be a motorcycle battery, power from the ignition, or even a 9V dry cell. Since the light green wire in your harness has a spade connector, connect the light green wire to either of the spade connectors on the horn. Finally, connect the other spade connector of the horn to the negative terminal of the power source, or to a frame ground. After you make these wiring connections, press the horn button, and see if it the horn works.

Hi Spud,
Checked the Horn first, and the one I got from China didn't work at all. So all those testings didn't help at all. Went to a bike shop and picked up a horn that worked.

So I looked again for the 4th time, and opened the switch up and I see actually its a Black Wire from the Switch and a Light Green Wire.

Connected the Black Wire Switch to the Ignition Switch Black Wire, connected the Green Wire from Horn to the Green wire to the Ground of the Bike,
Connected the Light Green Wire to the Horn from the Switch. It HONKED when I hit the button!


So now, Since we got all of these wires located, its left me off with only 1 YELLOW wire left, do you think this is for the Trigger Finger High Beam/Low Beam Flicker light or something, can I do a test to what you think where it goes? Id rather have all the buttons on the Switch working, makes me feel complete haha.

You're welcome.

Without examining your switch, I can't know how the passing light is wired. However, you can try this quick experiment. Connect the positive terminal of the battery to the yellow wire of the switch harness. If you press the passing switch trigger, does the high beam of the headlight illuminate?

Okay all I did was connect the yellow switch wire to the yellow wire on the OLD switch and my Trigger gives me HIGH BEAMS..

This is great, I completed the whole SWITCH with you.
