BSR Raven 250 motor

Can someone tell me who makes the motor on a 2023 BSR Raven 250? I need to purchase a starter clutch and it uses the "20 sprag" version.

If you are wondering how to get the stator rotor off just remove the mounting bolt and thread a 16mm X 1.5 thread pitch bolt into the stator and just tighten it and it will push the stator off the shaft. You might have to tighten it and then hit the end of the bolt with a hammer and repeat until it comes off.
I could not find that bolt at a hardware store but the GMC dealership had one, its GM part # is 11610965. With that number you can order it off Amazon. Just remember to file or grind the tip down so it doesn't damage the end of the crankshaft. The starter clutch is mounted to the back of the stator rotor.
