My EUROSTRADA RX8 will not start, Why?

I took off fine, got a mile down the road and it cut out I have drained the gas, then added fuel conditioner and new gas to get rid of water, changed spark plug and it still will not start. What could be wrong and what do I need to do? I need answers please.

Do you have spark? Is the plug wet with fuel?
