VMC sent wrong exhaust

I wanted to put a new exhaust on my x-pro storm 125 because the stock pipe runs below the frame. the description shows a 28mm OD but the one i got is 25mm. plus it has a wonderful (sarcasm) weld inside the mouth that further reduces the ID. I bought a 150cc 3 speed engine (for fun) and the last thing i need is a smaller exhaust. They better waive the restock fee and return shipping. will let you know what happens. first time ordering with them.

Wait what? Isn't VMC site sponsor?
Is that Venom Motorsports? Most people have positive experience with Venom.

EDIT: Confirmed. VMC is NOT Venom Motorsports

Same problem. description didn't match the photo. I am looking for a replacement exhaust for a Vitacci Cougar YL200ATV-6. Any leads would be appreciated. Vitacci, VMC, Family Gokarts, no luck.
