Aftermarket air filter and re jetting carb help

Hello everyone, I’m new here to this site and need some help. I have a taotao Boulder 110 atv and I’m looking to remove the air filter box and install an aftermarket air filter. Has anyone had experience with re jetting a 110 for an aftermarket air filter and what size Jetts were used? Thank you

Thumbs Up rejetting.

hey,

I would google how to rejet a Chinese atv carb. I did that when I got my Pentora 250 ATV and found most of the answers to questions about upgrades, service and repairs. Before trying to tune your carb., I suggest reading up on how a carb works, how each jet has a specific task, and how it all comes together. Most carbs have a pilot jet (idle to 1/8 throttle) and the main jet ( 1/4 to FT) some have a powerjet that picks up with the mainjet to add more fuel at high throttle. Only change one thing (jet, etc.) at a time, so you can see whether the change works or not..If you have any questions drop me a line. Check out my previous posts, I uploaded my parts list for my Pentora. Good luck and research before moding your ride...http://www.chinariders.net/images/sm...oticons_xd.gif
