bad vibes, man

does anyone else have a lot of parts failing due to excess engine vibration? So far in about 5k road miles, I've had the front half of the front fender crack off, the headlight mounts break, the exhaust mounts (twice), the tail light crack off just above the mounts and I'm about to lose the passenger foot peg mount on the right side.
the engines are supposed to have a balancer shaft in them, is it possible for it to have been badly timed from new? Bike is a Panterra with a CG125 engine.

P.S. not meant to be a bitchfest, I really enjoy riding it
