Thanks for the input. Indeed, I will add those connectors to the list. I also know the connectors for the headlight, and the ECU diagnostic port.

Honda XR650L
Honda XR600R
Honda NX650
Honda CR500R
Honda CR480R
Honda CR250R

A lot of people like the Tusk Clutch Kits you can purchase from Rocky Mountain ATV/MC.

Are the Honda, clutch fiber plates the same thickness as the RX3, clutch fiber plates? If you have the opportunity, please also measure the thickness of the RX3, clutch metal plates.

When I have time, I will also check the dimensions of the clutch plates in my Honda CRF250X.

Organic/Fiber plate is ok , butif u add link on photos metal friction metal plates impossible, not need measured, many time i assemb/dissasemb clutch , if photo correct any a optical game " F " optic playing idk, but im think on photos that metal discs impossible mounted rx3 or zs177 or nc250

Measured sorry, motor block is complete , but if wait me 2-3 day later maybe, i promise.

116 mm ( in chamber , non tooth.) , 9 mm(in circle to out walls non toth) , 136 mm (out chamber) Dimensions of the metal plate.

Edit for measurement for Spud, bestregards.

Sorry bad Photos by sj1000 (because my suck xperia u phone probably today REGL/menstruation
, %+&%+/% waste phone never buy.)

Nx 650 dominator Fiber/organic idk, clutchs on my zs177mm, i used it 500 kilometer than, non problem, just mounted very tight tolaration, thick but worked i cant feel any problem it worked.

Edit 2 sj1000 need setup for date and watch. , photos is fresh 10 min ago.

Okay. The Honda, fiber clutch plates are okay, but the metal clutch plates are too thick.

When you have time, please do measure the thickness of the metal clutch plates in your engine. Also, please measure the thickness of the Honda, fiber clutch plates. We are happy to wait. Take your time, we are not in a hurry.

Thank you. I saw those measurements in your last post.

When it is convenient, please measure the thickness of the metal clutch plates, and the thickness of the Honda, fiber clutch plates.

I don't know for certain, but I think he probably switched the clutch perch, and likely switched the clutch cable as well. Did he change the brake lever, also? I don't frequent Facebook, and I only see the one photograph.

I'm assuming it's the stock perch. Most adjustable levers sold are for stock perch.
We just need to know which bike's lever is a match

like these

Yes, I understand. However, based upon my past experience with Chinese bikes, I'm guessing he is not using the stock perch. However, I hope I'm wrong.

Is he an active member over there? Can you ask him that question on Facebook? I really don't know much about Facebook.
