Working on installing my pz30 carb after cleaning it . Came arcoss this and I forgot if I took of a hose off it . Can some one tell me what goes here .

No hose there, it's a vent.

Ok for sure thanks dude . Now it’s having problems with throttle cause when I open the choke it just go full throttle and I can’t control it . I try to adjust the idle screw to bring it down but doesn’t do anything . Maybe didn’t install the needle correct. I pulled the carb off and gave it to a dirtbike mechanic and he torn the carb apart and cleaned the jets and then put it back together. I’m the one who installed the carb back on the bike .

Yep you don't have the carb slide or throttle cable installed correctly. One or the other. Easy fix once you get it figured out. Make sure the throttle cable end is seated properly in the carb 'nipple' for lack of the actual term.

Also make sure your carb gaskets and plastic spacer are in place. The smallest air leak can make the engine race.

Ummmm can you describe step by step for me how to install it correctly if possible or a link . I’m letting the exhaust cool down cause it was hot lol

The best I can do is YouTube. Just keep searching various phrases that apply to your issue until you find a video that helps. By the way there is a video for every single possible issue you could be facing in regards to China bikes. You just gotta find it. Here is a quick YouTube search.

This one isn't too bad. They all have variations but all work in the same basic way. See his fingers and the cable end/grommet and the carb nipple. That is a common place for the cable end to get hung up and not seated properly down inside the nipple. This shortens your cable movement and causes the throttle to race. You may have a rubber boot on your carb nipple. You need to go down into the rubber boot then farther down into the metal nipple to seat properly.

Also make sure the beveled edge at the bottom of the throttle slide is towards the airbox/air filter end of the carb

Yes, and it looks as though you have it in backwards, the beveled edge goes to the rear of the carb.

Yes it needs to seat fully closed with a springy snap. You have something wrong with the way its hooked up or the cable etc. For some reason it appears your cable is too short.
