instable speed during low rpm

Hello everyone,
since I got the bike until now (100 miles), if I give a little bit of gas to maintain at 3000-3500 rpm, the bike will becomes very not smoothly. Giving me a hard time turning corner. Is anyone experience the same thing also?

Hi Sky...welcome aboard. The RX3 does not have much power (torque) below about 4500 rpm. I think you are simply riding in too high a gear. Try a lower gear for the same mph/kph. The engine will be spinning faster and you will have more control. Also, these engines run better as you get more miles on them. With only 100 miles your engine is still breaking in, by 1000 I would expect to see lots of improvement.

Hello skykevin77,

Is your bike from CSC? If not, do you have carburetor or fuel injection?

That's what I was thinking too.
Maybe after the first oil change it would get better. Just trying to know others bike has the same thing or not.

But would low torque make the speed unstable?
It makes cornering either let go the throttle(3rd gear) or using higher rpm(2nd gear).
Sometimes I like to let go the throttle through the corner while use the same gear.

Fuel injection from CSC!

Skykevin,

You are literally 4 miles from CSC's shop. If I were you, I'd ask the experts there instead of us "internet experts".

Good Luck,

Dan K.
