I feel your pain. You should be able to get some good beer and BBQ in Asheville when you aren't working.

I'm not flying anywhere this week but it's only Monday.

Spoke too soon. Round trip ticket to San Juan week of the 24th. I think this may be the kick off to my Farewell Tour.

Tank of gasoline! That's not an easy thing to do in North Carolina today.

Repop kick panels for the DeSoto.
No one, and I mean no one, makes repops specifically for 41-48 DeSoto. But, they are made for 41-48 Chrysler, Dodge, and Plymouth. As Mopar used the same body shell for all the coupes, I bought Plymouth in the correct color. Only drawback is that it will be late June before I see them.

I love airboats. They haul us to and from our job sites in the wetlands with airboats.

Mine is called a “scoot” ,4 cyl. Lycoming ,carbon fibre prop,12’long ,6’wide ,and a tunnel hull design made for the snow and ice more than swamps .you can search airboat on ice on YouTube ,”Gerry’s scoot “ is very close to mine and you can see it running on ice that’s falling apart .I am picking it up tomorrow I hope .I don’t need another boat ,but this will keep me at camp all year instead of going home during freeze up .

ArStoner barrel in 7.5" 9mm, a brace and buffer tube, a compensator (unfortunately, in the wrong thread pitch, so I had to buy another), and a few other odds and ends. Making a 9mm ar pistol. Guess I'll go ahead and build a 9 mill rifle upper also.

1993 Yamaha GTS1000. Well technically didn't buy it myself yet but was so dirt cheap couldn't let it pass so had a mate's car sales company snag it off the seller and store it for me til I can get the XJR sold, hopefully in the next couple weeks.

Prowled ReStore again today. Scored a Workmate 350 for $18.

Also walked out with a 1981-ish, bottom of the gene pool Raleigh Rapide mixte bike for $15.

Only alloy on this puppy are the shift levers. This one will be flipped.
