Looks like the old fuel petcock was a vacuum operated one, someone must have suspected problems with it and replaced it with a generic one. First thing I would do is see that the vacuum hose connected to the old petcock is unhooked and plugged to negate a vacuum leak. A vacuum leak itself could cause it to not start. Another kind of scary thing on there is the usage of zip ties on the fuel lines... They can break without warning, especially if exposed to gas. The one fuel line doesn't really look like fuel hose either. I would take the hoses off and go to an auto parts place to match them up with proper fuel line and get some proper hose clamps. Here is a quicky instructible on carb cleaning to as I am not sure how much you disassembled them. Different carb I know, but the basics are the same for all of them .

P.S. the quads look good!

Oh, when you get the 150 running, switch the back tires around. They are directional and are installed on the wrong sides right now. Just have to block it up and unbolt them then swap left for right and bolt em back up.

X2 on MICRider's fuel line suggestion. I'll add that motorcycle fuel line is more easily found at a bike shop.

When you work with any bolt on the quad, use a good dose of Loctite 242 (blue coloured), including the wheels lug nuts.

I'll replace the lines as you recommend. Should I remove the old petcock? How do I know what hose is the vaccum hose?
I'll pick up some loctite too.

I believe the one line left hooked up to the old petcock is the vacuum line, it shouldn't have any fuel in that line. I would take it off and cap it to make sure that it is not leaking (drawing in air).

If that's actually a vacuum line then i would have to believe that it is not a petcock but a fuel pump as all my snowmobiles use that setup.

If you look close at the pic there are actually 2 lines coming out. one is clear/yellow - it goes no where, just hanging there. The black line connects to two other black lines (you can see this on the pic). Does the same apply? I'll try to get a pic of where those black lines go, but it's tight in there.

Actually here they call it a fuel valve ( petcock ) http://www.scootertronics.com/fuelvalve.html but they say for better performance to use the mikuni fuel valve ( which is actually a fuel pump ).

Something wasn't making sense so I double checked the 90 for spark and there's NO SPARK. I'm not sure if I confused the two bikes before or what, but I'm not getting a spark. I tried the test where you stick the light tester in the plug wire too. I got no light, but I could be doing it wrong.
Does it sound like I need a new plug wire? Or could it be something more serious?
I'm usung a brand new NGK plug, so that's not the problem.
