07 JMStar Expressway 250 broken radiator

My scooter overheated the other day & I found out the radiator was leaking. When I removed it, I found cracks or holes on most of the unions where the vertical tubes meet the lower reservoir. It has 900 miles on it. I sent an email to Scootertronics to see if they would replace it even though it it more than a year old. I looks defective to me. If they won't replace it, I wonder if a radiator shop could fix it?

A radiator shop should have no problem repairing it so long as the material it's made of is in good condition

That or get the honda equivalent off ebay. I would try the radiator shop first.
