Riding with out a license also means no insurance coverage. If some thing happened a person could be way the hell up the creek with out a paddle. I know of several cases here locally that the bike owners could have bought a real nice new bike with the money they spent making it right with the law. Insurance is cheap if you just go liability and super expensive if you get into a situation that you need that coverage and don't have any. Covers licenesed riders only.
