FNG with 3x CG200 Need Head Gasket:RSVL,CA

Its my sons fault..
He bought the first one, Then couldn't resist a second one. And now picked up a third.
All 3 are basically the same bike: Zongshen CG200cc ????
Seem to all have the 163FML motor but badged as Yamoto, Cobra and a KPX.

Yamoto ran out of oil and torched the con-rod bearing.
Work in progress fixing that..
However I am desperately searching for a HEAD GASKET!
bought a seal kit that seemed close but no joy.

I can get crafty and cut other gaskets if I have to but need a fresh head gasket.

See pics, any leads or wisdom appreciated!

that set of CB200 gaskets with the cylinder kit looks like a match! how to get! where can i buy? can i buy just that gasket set?

You may know this answer so i will ask:
what is the crankshaft cam chain sprocket alignment?

align tooth or trough to tdc keyway?
i foolishly pulled mine off the crankshaft without marking it.
as a last resort i could open up one of my other 163fml cases to see but i would really rather avoid it.
