tire upgrade

i currently have 18x9.5x8 tires on the rear of my sons 125 cc with 2 inch wheel spacers.
just to make it look more badass{dont care about speed loss etc, hes only 10} can i put on 10 inch rims and tires or get bigger tires for the 8 inch rims? ive been searching and it gets a little confusing as to bolt pattern etc. from my little knowledge im pretty sure its 110 and i havent measured the width of the rims because its too hard with tire on. a rough measurement looks like 6 inches though. im kinda lost as to what size rims will fit with a bigger tire-20 inches or 21,22 if possible. thanks for any input. the tire itself say rim 7.5 at. this is the shit that confuses me.

is the 11 the width of the tire compared to my 9.5, meaning it wont fit my current rims?
