Light switch or something else?

When I hit the light button on my raptor 200 it will cycle through high low and stobe, but when I am not pushing the button down the lights will not turn on except for the running lights that are always on. Perhaps there is a click mechanism inside that is broken? Should I try to fix it or buy a new unit-- the lights, start button, and kill switch are all housed in that plastic piece.

Ordered one from VMC Chinese parts as Partskit was out. Clearly it was the button clicky, since my original no longer held clicked in and the new one does. Not much use and it went tits up--didn't drive much at night.
