Vitacci Parts

I contacted Vitacci about where to order parts for my Clash 200i scooter. They said to text message 857-703-6009 with the model, part description, and address for shipping costs. Thought I'd get a spare engine temperature sensor. They messaged backright away to send a picture of the part which I will do shortly.

$17 + shipping for the sensor.

To order parts they want a picture of the part, description of the part, picture of the scooter, VIN# and address. They'll text back part cost and shipping cost. They responded within a minute!

Yes, you never know if the person ordering a part has any clue what that part actually is.

Overall I was impressed with their instant response. The price is a bit high for a thermistor but OK. Wonder if they have parts for all the dozens of bikes Vitacci imports?

Excellent information! That phone number is for parts customer service from "Flying Scooter" out of Houston, TX. Their email is parts@flyingscooter.com

That is some excellent customer service that they would assist in identifying Clash parts. I'll hit them up on email about a few things and see what I can find out.
