It will crank when attatched to a battery charger, but it wont start. The battery charger is industrial and can start a car without a battery, so not enough power isn't the problem. I started a new thread, since this was in the registration category. If you care to look it's:

Holy cow, guys! Sorry I missed this one!
As stated, to the best of my knowledge, the Q Link is the only street legal CB offered in the PRK.
I WISH my X-Moto (Hondanoid, like your bikes here) was street legal. It;s going to make a nice Green Stickered trail bike for Mrs 2LZ though.
What part of the PRK are you located?

Sorry for the late reply! Orange county. I'm going to try to get it plated anyways, maybe I can slip through the cracks :P. Also, since you know so much about this bike, which honda is it modeled after? I accidentally knocked over my bike getting out of my car and my seat broke off and I have no idea what kind of seat to buy.

Just got both motorcycles registered! The people at the DMV seemed to know/care about the laws as much as I do. If you can't get it registered the first time, go again. It really just depends on the person who verifies your motorcycle.
