JC PENNEY PINTO Moped ???
I'm looking for a JCPENNEY moped called "PINTO".
It was my very first bike, when I was 10 years old and I'm looking for one. I've been looking for a couple of years now, but just haven't come across any. Anyone here own one... have a friend that has one... or used to own one? I remember the throttle cable was notorious for breaking every couple months, and my mother would take me to JC PENNEY department store and we'd order one from their catalog. Would take a couple weeks to arrive. This was back in the mid-1980's. Here's a photo of the bike. |

Awesome! I love old mopeds, and I hope you find what you're after. I've never seen one like that before.

That PINTO is identical to the one I had as my very first bike... same color and everything.
