I have like 5-8 extra screws and washers after assembly!! Is this thing going to fall apart after my first ride because I didn't put something on???

I had the same issue and the same thought. They must have monkeys recklessly throwing bolts and washers in the parts bag. The good news is they tend to include the ones you need. The bad news is that they also include a bunch of things you don't need...leaving you with the feeling you have right now.

I had more washers left over than you. My bike hasnt' fallen apart yet

Friend worked at a auto-trans shop. When they got a new guy they would toss and extra ball bearing or screw into his parts washer! Stand back and watch the poor guy sweat.

Tossing in some extra fasteners is the right way to offset costs without shipping. It doesn't matter if you lost the part, you have a backup.

The tricky part without instructions is where to put it...

I had the same worry but after going through the bike, I realized they just put in a bunch of extras just in case. Thoughtful touch, though instructions or a note saying there were extras would have been nice...
